COMPEO – Neue konfigurierbare Prozesszone
Die vollständig konfigurierbare Prozesszone der COMPEO-Compoundierer eröffnet völlig neue verfahrenstechnische Möglichkeiten durch den Einsatz von Misch- und Knetelementen mit zwei bis sechs Flügelreihen. Die neuen Geometrien ermöglichen es, bisher konträre Ziele zu erreichen, wie etwa hoher spezifischer Durchsatz bei kontrollierbarem Energieeintrag. Auch das Prozessfenster ist mit der COMPEO-Compoundiermaschine erheblich größer. Der Durchsatz lässt sich im Verhältnis 1:6 variieren, was sowohl die Anlagenflexibilität als auch die Bedienerfreundlichkeit erhöht.
