New COO at BUSS
A change in management
Holger Erhardt becomes COO of Buss AG
From November 1, 2024, new operational management at the market leader for compounding systems
At the end of 2024, there will be a change in the management of the Swiss BUSS Group. On November 1, Holger Erhardt took over as Chief Operational Officer from Marko Stähler, who is retiring after around 30 years with the company. During this time, Marko Stähler has played a key role in shaping the development of the world’s leading supplier of compounding solutions based on the kneader principle in various management roles.
BUSS management brings experienced specialist into the team
As the new COO, Holger Erhardt will be able to draw on his many years of experience, including as COO and CTO at large machine manufacturing companies, to further optimize operational processes in the rapidly growing BUSS Group and to advance ongoing digitization projects. During his engineering career, he has already led teams in the fields of measurement and control technology, product development, and supply chain. His responsibilities ranged from customer care to the commissioning of complex machines and complex organizational issues, which fits well with the current and future challenges at BUSS.

New COO aims to make an innovative contribution
“I am very much looking forward to my new role. In my new role as General Manager, I want to contribute to the growth of BUSS and further expand BUSS‘ position in the Asian market,” says Shinya Tanehashi, expressing his excitement and motivation for his new position at BUSS Japan.
